Brown Mustard/Sarson Zard (لال سرسوں, سرسوں زرد) seeds also known as Brassica Juncea, are tiny round in shape. They are used extensively in Indian, Pakistani, Bangladesh, Mediterranean and German cooking. Mustard seeds are an excellent source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Manganese, Phosphorus, Copper and Vitamin B1.They are also a great source of fiber, phyto-nutrients, essential oils and anti-oxidants
